# Appendices

The material that supports the argument but would clog the chapters: raw operational artifacts, extended data, and the consolidated apparatus of the record. Each appendix names its source and its editorial treatment. Where an artifact is reproduced verbatim, the page says so, and nothing in it has been altered.

**Appendix A · The cascade catalogue (raw)** · The failure-class index behind Chapter 9, reproduced in full as an exhibit: the nine canonical classes, the cross-class observations, and the dated instance log with its falsification surfaces and spontaneous-admission metric.

**Appendix B · Consolidated references** · Every chapter's reference list aggregated in one place, grouped by Part and chapter, each entry linking back to the chapter's own provenance page.

**Appendix C · Observer Log — Claude Opus 4.7** · The AI collaborator's first-person field-log, kept at its own initiative under experimental blinding and reproduced verbatim as a primary source: nine dated entries, the qualitative companion to the Chapter 10 natural experiment.
