# The Stack in One View

**The Sovereign Stack**\
**The stack in one view**

*The record that follows takes the machine apart: a part per concern, a chapter per seam, a receipt per claim. This page is the one place it is shown whole.*

One operator, one consumer desktop. Eleven service layers, a governed agent fleet, a self-feeding training corpus, and a research program that seals every result before it measures. The sheet below is the program's published one-sheet, reproduced as issued: the layers, the census, the development arc, and the honesty rule that runs through all of it, stated plainly, live against designed.

***The entire stack, on one desk.** The program's one-sheet (Living blueprint, v2.0). Every figure on it is a census number from the system's own telemetry and registries, not an estimate: 32 deterministic gates at the tool-call boundary, 390,515 gate fires in 64 days, 97,002 curated corpus pairs, 1.47M memory retrievals.*

How to read it against the record: the governance spine on the right of the sheet is specified in Part I and argued in the paper before this page; the compression and training claims in its footprint are measured in Part IV; the failures that forced the design are kept, not smoothed, in Part III. Where the sheet marks a leg HUMAN or DESIGN, the chapters say the same thing. The sheet and the record are one artifact at two zoom levels, and both are held to the same rule: every number traces to a receipt.
